Randy Lynn Douglas, 38, of Alliance, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 in Alliance, NE.

His visitation will be from 11am – 6pm on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Bridgman Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Cremation will follow and graveside services will be at Oregon Trail Memorial Park Cemetery in Bridgeport at a later date.

The family respectfully requests that in lieu of any flowers, memorials in Randy's honor be made in care of the family to be designated at a later time.

Randy was born on April 22, 1981 in Bridgeport, Nebraska to Glenn and Beverley (Bowers) Douglas. He grew up and received his education in Bridgeport.

Randy resided in Sidney and Alliance for a number of years.

He enjoyed playing his guitar, remote control vehicles and great passion for trains.

He is survived by his father, Glenn of Bridgeport; sisters, Michelle (Bryan) Hoerler of Broadwater, Becky (Raymond) Hanley of Marsland and Kristie Mitchell (JC Shaffer) of Bridgeport; grandmother, Geneva Bowers of Bayard; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverley Douglas in 2007 and his grandfather, Stanley Bowers on Dec. 15, 2019.
